Wow - that last entry was way depressing. Of course I was being prematurely scared about the prospects of a semester with some friends missing and random other's coming into my life. But not I'm getting so busy that I don't even have time to be depressed if that's possible - and the random roomate is more of a non-issue than anything since she's never actually here.

So I'd just like to share something utterly sweet and cheezy that was written by my mother, sent in a recent package of things I'd left at home. Yes, I almost did tear up - but this time it was tears of joy and comfort. She's referring to a pair of boots that she'd given me for Christmas that I just didn't quite like because, well, they're a little square looking...

"Now I know thsi will be hard to believe, but the boots you see in front of you are really magic boots. When you put them on they will give you happy feet and the happiness will surge from your tippy toes way up through your heart and into your brain filling you with happy thoughts of confidence and security, reminding you that you are loved so much the energy from that love could heat up our entire planet."

Awww...now isn't that the cutest? Ok I'm done for today - just wanted to share the little tidbit of my week. :-)
